Absolutely dominating the market for health food delivery, Flavas found themselves at a crossroads of incredible success. Their rapid rise to fame brought about a unique set of challenges and we were excited!

The Flavas team, though talented and dedicated, were completely slammed with orders, a surge in demand meant their internal systems were at a bottleneck, unable to take on any new clients and struggling to keep up with existing orders. 

Their branding was outdated, reminiscent of the early 2000s, a style which did not align with the company

Internally they were struggling, critical issues like misplaced orders and uncollected payments were damaging their business growth, creating an urgent need for a streamlined, sleek process.

We spent several sessions workshopping Flavas, focussing on their Brand, Current Technology and Operations. 

Our approach tackled two critical aspects of the business : 

  1. Digital Systems & Operations
  2. Brand Positioning

Using our good friends at Typeform and their unbeatable collaboration with Stripe, we set up an order platform that in just a few clicks, allowed a customer to order, pay and select a delivery time. This order was processed into Flavas back-of-house system and allowed orders to be fulfilled with absolute ease.
